Book Direct for the best price. You won’t find us cheaper anywhere else.  We have standard rates and non-refundable rates which are slightly cheaper.  Standard rates can be altered or cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date.

Bannerman B&B additional information

  • Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00 on the day you arrive. Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrange to leave your luggage here beforehand.  Please do not assume there will be someone here before 16:00 as we may be at the shops getting supplies.
  • Check-out is by 10:00 on the day you leave. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us after checking out if you want more time exploring Inverness.
  • Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card and is due when you check out.
  • Cancellations and changes to your dates can be made up to 3 days before your booking (apart from the non-refundable rate) but if you cancel 3 or less days before the start of your booking the full fee is due. We know that circumstances can change and you suddenly have no choice but to cancel and therefore recommend that you have holiday insurance.
  • Bannerman Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
  • Bannerman Bed and Breakfast welcomes well-behaved dogs (1 per room).  Please contact us to arrange.

We had a terrific stay with Alison and Hector. Our busy schedule in Inverness required extra early morning breakfasts and a final “breakfast to go”. Alison worked around our schedule providing visiting tips for local dining and short cuts. We had a great stay in her convenient and comfortable house! Thank you!

Our 4 night stay was very enjoyable. We arrived a little early and met Alison our friendly and knowledgeable host at the door. Arriving a little earlier was no bother to Alison. Our room was very comfortable and the location is a short walk to the city centre and the river Ness. A highlight was the delicious breakfast consisting of a range of menu choices. We would highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in Inverness.

We stayed for two days and found the accommodation nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and our hostess was friendly and gave us a few tips on things to do. The B&B is on the road out to Loch Ness which we took to go on a boat trip on the Loch ….worth doing. The River Ness runs into the town centre just a few streets from the B&B it’s a pleasant and easy walk into town this way. Inverness is a friendly and interesting town and I’m sure we will come back.

Rooms quite spacy and breakfast was great. The owner is very nice and helpful with advice for activities. Location is convenient – just a few minutes walk from the city center and tourist attractions. Overall opinion: High quality B&B for a fair price.
