Bannerman B&B additional information
- Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00 on the day you arrive. Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrange to leave your luggage here beforehand. Please do not assume there will be someone here before 16:00 as we may be at the shops getting supplies.
- Check-out is by 10:00 on the day you leave. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us after checking out if you want more time exploring Inverness.
- Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card and is due when you check out.
- Cancellations and changes to your dates can be made up to 3 days before your booking (apart from the non-refundable rate) but if you cancel 3 or less days before the start of your booking the full fee is due. We know that circumstances can change and you suddenly have no choice but to cancel and therefore recommend that you have holiday insurance.
- Bannerman Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- Bannerman Bed and Breakfast welcomes well-behaved dogs (1 per room). Please contact us to arrange.

Bannerman was excellent, and Alison was an outstanding host. Bedroom and en suite bathroom were very spacious, and the location is walking distance to the river and to Inverness city center. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again if we get back to Inverness.
Visiting this wonderful Highland city?…then be sure to stay at Bannerman B and B. You will be assured of a warm welcome and a great breakfast from Alison. The property is just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the Ness river and the central city. Parking is provided, the rooms are modern, spacious and warm with all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this B and B unconditionally . It is certainly value for money.
We really enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the center of town, clean, great breakfast wonderful service! Giving some love to Hector was a bonus as we were missing our pups back home! Alison was so kind and helpful, I would absolutely recommend to everyone!
Cosy, clean room, great and comfortable stay.Very friendly host, and serves a good selection, tasty breakfast. If you get a chance, get the Makintosh room, it is very nice. Was around 15 mins walk from the centre on a quiet street. Thank to the host!
